CTC started construction in July 2023 on a new 100,000 square feet speculative building in Yorkville, OH.  This new spec. building is located along the Ohio River.  It will include 4 loading dock doors, 4 – 16’ x 16’ OH doors and provisions in place for 4 future dock doors and 15-ton OH cranes.  There are 2, full height, 33’ tall x 18’ wide curtain walls on each corner that provide the building with natural daylight and a view towards the Ohio River.  Construction will be done by the end of 2023.
