The Only Acceptable Goal

Safety

Our quest for a zero injury work environment isn’t just a priority. It’s key to the success of our company. We emphasize safety, because simply, it’s the right thing to do. It includes: 100% hard hat and tie-off, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility and eye protection as required per industry safety standards.

Our Safety Mission

Construction remains one of the most hazardous industries, so we focus on eliminating risks by thoroughly training our people, comprehensively planning our projects, and operating according to our industry-leading safety procedures and policies. Our culture of caring is also central to our goal of no one being injured on or around our workplaces. By fostering an environment where open communication and continuous improvement are prioritized, we ensure that our safety standards evolve alongside emerging best practices, allowing us to proactively address risks before they arise. Through constant vigilance and a commitment to excellence, we strive for a work culture where safety is always the number one priority.

Safety on site

Training is a vital part of our safety program. Employees receive new hire safety training, site specific training and we hold an annual safety training day. Throughout the year employees are also trained on various safety topics including; defensive driving, excavation & trenching, powered industrial vehicles, aerial lifts, OSHA 10 and 30-hour training, and CPR & First Aid.

We truly care for the safety of each and every person connected with our projects. Consequently, we strive to foster an environment in which everyone takes responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of those around them.

Safety permeates all that we do. We consider safety when selecting projects and when choosing supply chain partners. When projects are being planned and designed, we look for ways to eliminate risks.
