Frank Pelino
Chief Financial Officer
Frank has a remarkable career of 48 years and was with C. Tucker Cope and Associates for 11 years. Frank came from a strong background of experience with government administration, construction accounting, contract compliance and Federal
labor compliance. All of these were invaluable in Frank’s success in his role as Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his career, Frank also converted and installed specialized accounting software for several companies. In addition to his other areas of expertise, he specialized in Project Management and Human Resources. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Frank is highly detail oriented, solutions-focused and has a strong ability to forecast outcomes. In Frank’s spare time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, golfing, woodworking and spending time with his family.
Bob Bacon
Welder, Mechanic

Throughout the years, he kept our equipment running, tackled every challenge with precision, and brought craftsmanship and pride to every project. His steady presence, technical expertise, and willingness to lend a hand made him an invaluable part of our success.
Jim Bacon

We gratefully recognize the retirement of a remarkable foreman whose leadership and craftsmanship have shaped countless projects over the years. From laying block and installing siding to finishing concrete, roofing, and completing detailed interior work, his skill set was as versatile as it was dependable. Jim took pride in doing every job the right way. His dedication, knowledge, and steady guidance have left a lasting impact on both our team and the buildings he helped create. We thank him for his years of hard work.
