Ryan believes communication is everything. Keeping everyone in the loop is key—from subcontractors, clients,and vendors, to our CTC field and office personnel. Clear, consistent communication avoids a lot of headaches and possible delays. Ryan carries this through his day-to-day responsibilities here at C. Tucker Cope. Ryan graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an associate’s degree in electronic engineering. After graduation, he worked in the IT field for 10 years, then took a position as a regional service manager for a commercial roofing company. Ryan was the lead in opening new service branches throughout the country and training the managers to run each office. Ryan assumed his role with C. Tucker Cope and Associates in 2022, where he is especially skilled in contract management (RFI’s, submittals, and change orders), subcontractor coordination, and serving as a liaison with vendors and suppliers. Ryan’s hobbies include golfing, fishing, coaching his kids’ softball and baseball teams, and cheering on the Buckeyes, Guardians, Cavaliers and Browns.
