In Mike’s role as Controller, his philosophy is looking at different angles to approach problems and he strongly believes in a team-based work environment. His focus is ensuring he does everything he can to make sure clients, vendors and everyone we work with has a positive experience with C. Tucker Cope and Associates, Inc. Mike has worked in different industries including the steel industry, production, and now construction. He has an aptitude for leadership and an impressive background of managing production teams, Accounts Payable & Receivables, Cost Accounting and now his current role as Controller. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and a master’s degree in Business Management. An avid Ohio sports fan (Browns, Cavs, Guardians, Buckeyes), outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball and pickleball, working out, watching his son play high school basketball, and 3D printing.
